During the game of beach volleyball, all muscle groups are activated. Since you will be constantly in motion, it is crucial to train your upper and lower muscle’s memory, strength and agility. The techniques I implement in our training will help you improve your jump, speed and communication skills.

If you are an indoor volleyball player, then beach volleyball is great for improving your indoor skills and game. In beach volleyball, there are only two players on the court. Because of this, you will move much more, need to cover more areas and learn all of the skills such as setting, blocking and hitting. Training Beach Volleyball will dramatically enhance your physical shape and endurance which will make you a better indoor volleyball player as well.

Coach Ksenia

Coach Ksenia has over 15 years of experience in beach volleyball. She is a former Russian competitive volleyball player and triple junior World championship bronze medalist. At age 15 she made it to junior Russian national beach volleyball team and was competing in CEV and World championships. She was 10 times gold medalist in Moscow and Russian championships. In 2010 Ksenia was invited to play college in USA. Ksenia played NJCAA Division I volleyball with the Brenham Buccaneers and was national champion in 2011. She also played in NCAA Division I for FIU and was top 4 in America in NCAA sand volleyball in 2014. Currently she is still playing. She is certified strength and conditioning coach, fitness trainer and indoor and beach volleyball coach.
